Default Re: Plants in your bedroom?

In addition to everything that's just outside (and keeps trying to get in), I keep Aroids in my bedroom - that would be: Dieffenbachia, Anthurium (particularly from Sec. Belolonchum), Philodendron (the Meconostigmas, mostly, but I've also got that old standby P. scandens), Spathyphyllum, and Aglaeonema.

Other excellent shade-adapted plants suitable for indoor growing include Kohleria, Chrysothemis, Justicia, almost any fern, spider plants, and most of the succulents as long as you can give them direct light (my faves are Kalanchoe/Bryophyllum, Aloe, and Aeonium.)
