Ummm...let's hope it doesn't grow out of it! That is, if it is a true variegation. Sometimes a young banana leaf can have a discolored portion on it as a result of something other than variegation (nutrition, trauma), and it will grow out of it.

Yes, please do! You would have money-making machine if you had a variegated Musella lasiocarpa, as prolificly mutiplying as they are. Keep us posted!
