Well after cooking one of my favourite dishes, "pasta-fagioli" for dinner tonight just cane on idea about this thread where some of us "beans lovers" can share few recepies and tricks

Pasta-fagioli:
In a large pot over medium heat pour in olive oil, better if it your own
. Saute whole garlic cloves, onion, bacon and red pepper flakes; cook until onion is translucent. Add tomato sauce, vegeta, basil, oregano, salt and pepper; cook on low for 10 minutes. Add brown beans and water, cook for 60 minutes. Remove the whole garlic cloves, discard few and crush the remaining. Add uncooked pasta and continue cooking until pasta is done.
Its recomended to drink nice red wine while cooking
