Re: gallstones
Patty, I hold my nose and gulp down the oil, then chase it with the lemon juice. I'll eat a peanut or something insignificant to get the taste out of my mouth, then I lay down and let the oil/lemon juice do their magic. My experience is within the first couple hours I can feel the gb spasm and release the stones (there is never any pain), I can also feel the liver stones traversing the liver through the heptic duct as well. In the morning when you go #2 (again sorry not meaning to be gross but..) you'll see the stones in floating on top in the bowl. I usually drink a glass of water with 3 teaspoons of epsom salts to really help flush everything out. They are pea green usually but can be tan, brown or red in color but usually they are a deep green color (cholesterol stones). If this is your first cleanse you'll probably pass a bunch the first evacuation, and less each time you have to go. The first time I did a gb cleanse I probably passed about 200 stones easily. If you have gall stone attacks I'd recommend doing a second flush two weeks later. For what it's worth, it's interesting if nothing else, one thing I noticed is the white of my eyes are brilliant white after doing a flush. I think it's because the liver is working at top performance and the toxins are flushing out instead of building up in the bloodstream. It's worked so well for me and it really makes me sad when I hear someone going in for gall bladder surgery. I've tried to tell people but generally the response is BAH! Or I think I will go with the advice of my doctor! The gall bladder stores bile and then releases it as needed to break down fats but when you have your gall bladder removed your liver is constantly dripping bile into the small intestine and you're destined for a life of constantly having "the runs" because you have too much bile all the time in the intestines. The first time I did it I admit I was skeptical - nevertheless I was also hopeful. I promise you I felt soooo much better and had a ton of energy the next day it's like I was given a new body.
