Default Back Again

Due to computer error (never mine of course) I am now using Maserati as my screen name (changed from Bananas.) I made a few posts last year before winter arrived in Long Island, NY. I wrapped my one 7 foot high basjoo in burlap, the other in burlap and tar paper. Piled mulch on the roots. In January they both fell over dead. No pups ever grew. I grew another 2 indoors. One is huge and the other is 3 feet high. They are both in pots on my lawn. They are going, leafless, into the garage this winter.

Who is the person from my town of Massapequa? My windmill palm survived the winter, but only 2 small leaves lived. I used Christmas lights, hay and burlap, all in a cage. I just ordered another from TyTy in GA. They promised me that it will live, and not lose leaves this winter. Plus they guaranteed it! I am skeptical, but he told me they send out at least one a week to NY. How is your's and I'd like to see it.
