For those with no TC capability, you can peel the potato pulp, cut it into small squares of 1x1 inch and leave on the compost/vermicompost pile. You'll get many plants within days.
I recycled several peels in one of my vermicompost trashes and came 5 days later to find 97 seedlings. Donated to our local agricultural society! Woohoo!

yes jack we can get potatos seedling using potato pulp, but tc is not only for propagation methode. for example. tc potatos we can using this technic to producing new variety potatos that can growth on lowland (basicly potatos in here live on high land). so the farmer which have land closed to the sea also can growing potatos. yes something like that. and to get this variety also needs research and consume time.
if we growth potatos from seeds directly its only good for maybe G4 0r F4. next cycles can reducing productivity.
there is some reason why we do tc for each type plant
