Jamie- no worries on your banana. The flowers that are falling off are the male flowers. Once this begins to happen, your banana is basically finished setting fruit. You can give it a week or so and then cut the male bud off several inches below the last hand of fruit. This will allow the plant to put the rest of its energy into developing the fruit rather than wasting energy producing more male flowers that won't develop into anything anyhow.
