Jon, we chatted about this before. I don't know why it's just now become a requirement for you. I've belonged to a reporting group for close to 10 years.

My latest regulation hassle is to report details of my water usage, threatened with being "awarded" fines up to $25,000 and $1,000 per day.

There is also an eBay seller from Florida who sells pesticides, some of which are restricted in California. I'm amazed nobody has gone after him yet. I just checked and there are actually two Florida ebayers selling Ridomil (and other pesticides).
