My entire farm (2000 plants) came from tissue culture. The one piece of advise I would say is that they need a little shade, wind protection, and adequate fertility and water it took me 18 months to go from 6" plants to harvest and it would have been fewer months if we would have had a normal winter instead of utter cold.
