Default Shoot-tip culture

I have received a few emails/IMs requesting info about shoot tip culture of banana. I have re-done some of my original Banana Micro-propagation page. Feel free to visit it. It is still rough and only about 1/2 of the info is there. But there are some pics that answer the most common question I get, which is: what does the explant look like and how do I cut it out?

I will be finishing it off over the next few weeks, fixing broken links etc.
