Miracle Grow soil is loaded with pests and their eggs but cacti aren't especially prone to bug problems so you may not have noticed.

I always recommend sterile soil to all indoor growers as it can be a true disaster and failure otherwise...most especially with the types of plants I tend to grow...edibles and flowers.

Cheap soils never pay.
