Welcome to the site! I'm not certain what the brown/yellow is but that happened to mine when I potted it and brought it inside. But it doesn't seem to affect new leaves so I'm not very worried. If you want to be safe, you should spray the leaves with a copper-based fungicide. You should also post a photo in the Banana Plant Health Topics section. Just start a new thread there.
