Just an update...here is their email reply..
We are sorry you have not been able to contact our company. We will have a customer representative call you tomorrow if you wish. We have recently changed our shipping to every 2 weeks. Your shipment will go out monday the 25th and you wil receive a tracking number that evening so that you may go online to ups.com and track your shipment. You should receive your package no later than friday the 29th.
And I checked tonight (Monday the 25th) and no email confirmation or tracking..nothing to say it was shipped..So I sent them another email later this evening and did to my surprise received a relpy..
Your tree will def. go out tomorrow. You will receive a tracking # no later than 8pm tomorrow night. You should receive your tree Friday.

So once again I will have to update tomorrow...I am kind of unhappy with the customer service..It seems if you don't haggle with them Via email they forget about you. They don't answer phone calls on either their order line or their nursery help line. We shall see. If the plant is in good shape it will be worth the wait but any company should have better service than this... I will also post a picture of the plant when I get it.
