Hi, click this link and enter the numbers from the thread URL:
http://www.bananas.org/vbplaza.php?do=item&itemid=30
It will make it bold for you.
For example, this thread has this link:

http://www.bananas.org/f5/how-make-size-thread-title-bigger-12931.html

So this would be the number: 12931
Just enter the number of the thread you want to make bold, and that will do it for you.
I did it to this thread as an example, you can (currently) see it if you go inside here:
