I accidentally tore of a leaf of my little purple basil when I took the label off, so I ate it. It was tasty. Had a good strong flavor though it was a very young leaf. I was surprised by it. It left a good clean taste in my mouth. Don't you have to let it flower to go to seed? Maybe I could let ONE of them flower and I could get some seeds for you of this one.
