Cool Bananas at a local Utah nursery

I was at a local nursery that I visit often and decided to take a couple pictures of their banana selection. They are marked as Basjoo and Dwarf Giant Banana
Musa acuminata (Enano Gigante) though, I'm not sure what the second type actually is. So I have two questions:
1. Does anyone know what a Dwarf Giant Banana Musa acuminata (Enano Gigante) actually is?
2. They're listed at $25, is that a good price for that size? (I'm just curious)
