Sorry for the late reply,just saw it!.How tall are your stalks?Usually when they get TOP heavy any wind and rain will usually blow some over.Some varieties are hardier than others.Adding a mound will increase New shoots and growth, it will not stop wind blowing them over though.Tie them up to the fence with some fishing line ect and cut down the ones on the ground.Some varieties DO NOT ratoon(come up in spring)well,so you might think about replanting some of the blown stalks.
