Hi Claire,
I sent you my apologise email few weeks ago, and I told customers to trust you.
I have a white-flowered plumeria growing outside in 100% sandy soil, outdoor all round the whole year. It flowered early this year.
You could put 100% sand in your garden...40c.m deep, before plant the plumerias in, on April springtime, if you lives south of latitude 38oN.
Feed your plumeria on May-July.
Since it's autumntime at your place...replace the loam soil, with sand, around your plumerias. Wet loam soil kills plumerias during wintertime.
