There's not enough detail of the critical parts (flower, petiole, etc.) to say for sure, but given the following bits of evidence, I'd guess dwarf Namwah.

1. They are from Thailand (based on your old post), where Namwah is the most popular variety.
2. The height is about right.
3. They are cold hardy.
4. Old photos show they have closed petioles.

That said, the bunch of bananas in the background looks a little different from the bunch in the foreground.

PS -- The photo of your IC's makes me think you have what most people in So Cal have as IC, which is really another Namwah type, not the true Blue Java / Ice Cream. Looks like they are doing great for you with all the bunches hanging! Let us know if the two taste about the same.
