Welcome! I am learning lots of helpful things here myself!
I'm in Zone 9, and one of the best plants here seems to be Ice Cream. I planted one last year, that one produced two pups - that are almost as tall as the mom - and there are more pups coming up. We had record rainfall last winter, and some very bad heat waves this summer, but these plants didn't show the stress that some of my others did.
