I'm in coastal Georgia and have had these plants for 2 winters. The first winter I lost one of two by leaving them in the ground (it was a cold winter for Savannah). This winter I brought 2 of my Veinte Cohol's inside and put them out this spring. I was checking the smaller one for tropical storm Beryl damage when I noticed what I think is a flag leaf.

The other one is taller and healthier looking. I'm hoping that it will send out a flower early this summer as well.
I have not had any bananas from them yet, but I hope this will be the year.
