Last week a friend of mine gave me an Iholena, but it was partly rotted. He cut out the rot and told me that it still had a chance. I have been working on it. Not sure if it will survive. I must say that this little plant has got me thinking about my Hawaiian roots, and now I would like to grow some Hawaiian musa. It's really sad how these are nearing extinction here in Hawaii. Have to try and keep it going. Can't let BBTV win that easy.
