Default Trying to germinate usa veluntina in TC
Hello everyone i am trying to germinate Musa Veluntina in tissue culture and would like to know if anyone has a metho they could share.
Currently i have my seeds in a 1/2 strength Murashige and Skoog Media solidified with gellan gum. There is 3PPM gibberellic acid in the media as well as .1% Plant preservative mixture. and 1% sucrose

If you see any problems with my current set up could you let me know
