What is life with out excitement
While we do lack consistent temp change data there is no denying that we are losing glaciers at a phenomenal rate and that the oceans have risen and are rising constantly, and are warming (it takes a lot of energy, BTU's, to raise the overal temp of the ocean 1 deg F) ... while I don't think it is the end of the world, it could be a problem if we don't adapt and overcome. With the new ocean temp sensors in place we should be able to get better data in the coming years to be able to more accurately predict how it will affect global climate overall.
Even in my short time on the face of this planet (I am from Mars originally
) I have noticed differences in local climate over the years that are not consistent with the norms... whether that has anything to do with GW or not I don't know but it is abnormal.
I like this discussion!
