Default Is This A "Flag Leaf"?

I've been growing a Dwarf Cavendish that's about a year old. I've been saying for a couple of weeks now that I think she's getting close to flowering since she's been look all "perky" and putting out lots of pups.

This morning, I noticed the newest leaf starting to emerge, although, the previous leaf hasn't even fully opened, and this one looks very different than the previous leaves at the same stage.

I've heard people discussing a "flag leaf" as the last leaf to form before flowering.

Is this a flag leaf?
