That's fine because I still need to wait until next summer to get divisions off my rare species of bamboo.

I'm just hoping that I have enough skill to keep one of these guys alive as I've had a hard time over-wintering bananas other than musa basjoo in the past, but I'm armed with a 400 watt metal halide

I happen to have phyllostachys prominens, shanghai III, and moso bicolor bamboos, and intend to collect more rare species, or get seedlings to produce mutations in the future, but just for fun, I like collecting other plants too.
