First time plantings sometimes produce low yield. And choking too as it appears in the pic. My Datil had it bad and had to cut away leaves and split the top of the pstem to expose the short peduncle with the top hand. Fingers were small too.

The next pstem was perfectly normal and had a big yield and much larger fingers. Will post a pic of the new Datil flower tomorrow.

Pisang Raja fruit is fantastic. Nick brought me some and I made another trip to his place to get a PR pup.
