Here's what I tried this fall, it's a little different than my usual plastic bag method. I guess you'd call this a modified plastic bag method.

What do you think? I feel pretty confident with this one. I wish I'd used a different color tarp than the cheap blue ones though. I used one brown one and it looks much better, FYI.
