Such young suckers dont need a lot of water. If the leavesare generally strong and healthy like in your photos -I'd keep the soil from being really wet all the time .Once the soil is moist ,not too wet-leave it so the plant can comfortably get the nutrients from the soil-Its only when they get biggger-much bigger and they're in the ground that you need to give them more water.The soil can only hold a certain amount of water.
