Very good idea,when you do see the seeds start to come up and grow try not to keep them in their to long with that light,,reason that lights color spectrum is gona be a lower kelvin wich in return will make your plants stretch and be leggy looking .if you could put a light with the other one you have that has more of a blueish look to it like a 6,500 kelvin bulb you wont have your plants wanting to stretch right away,the red spectrum is for flowering and budding and some growth but the blue end of the spectrum is for foilage and growth and will keep your plants even looking in growth.
