Default Re: Musa Griersonii

Griersonii and Sikkimensis Darjeeling giant are separate species. They look completely different or should look completely different. I have a Griersonii in my greenhouse it has plum coloured midribs and undersides to the leaves, it doesn't have any red mottling on the upper sides of the leaves. I know where my Griersonii seeds originated and they are reliable, but probably open pollinated like most seeds available so the progeny will be variable.
