Default New Growth

Last fall I cut back and stored my 3 Dwarf Cavendishes and 2 Raja Puris in their pots in a dry 60*F place. One DC and the Raja Puris went dormant for the winter while the pups of the 2 DCs continued to grow.

I pulled all 5 out 5 days ago and exposed them to 70*F and light. The Raja Puris were still green for part of the Pstem and I cut them back so that the remaining Pstem was all green. The DC was dry down to the soil (both the main stem and the pup). When should I expect to see the beginings of the first leaf appear?

The 2 DC pups have already produced one leaf.
