Default Death in Wisconsin

Well , After spending the winter in dormancy , my EleEle doesn't look like anything but a dried lump of tissue.

I carried the pot out to the compost pile to at least recycle the soil and found a nice healthy looking nub in the bottom of the dead mother corm.

What to do ? ? ? ?

I just re-potted the corm about half way deep and wait and see ?

-or- should I have performed surgery on it ?
