Default Re: While digging in the yard

No gloves; they cramp my style. "Look you can pick up a thin dime wearing Playtex gloves." Not me.

No digging right now. I'm taking down the chicken coop/rabbit hutch eyesore. It's about 12 x 12. Apparently it was put together by those blind men who described an elephant using materials gathered by the road that both discerning pickers and the trash guys had passed by. Wire sides include at least 6 types of fence/mesh secured with screws, nails, zipties, etc. (Haven't found bread ties yet...) Cheap and frugal, I'm carefully saving what I can; fence in back needs a new section. (Apparently they used that on the coop.)

The roof came down unexpectedly; though I jumped back quickly, my thighs got nicked. I guess if I'd been wearing gloves...

But I will be digging when it's gone. I'm not wasting 12" of ancient rabbit/chicken poop.
