Scrape away any soft part of the corm and apply a fungicide (I use growell floral and rose dust-insecticide,fungicide miticide), then let it sit for a few days in a dry location. Only then, try potting it up again in sterile potting medium (cook in oven at 250 degrees for 30 minutes). Wet once,cover with plastic bag and place in a warm area. then pray P.S.-good luck
