Default Re: S. Fl. Pineapples in Fruit

My Jamaica Sugar is actually still small from TC also, from the USDA. Where did you get your TC's? I ate a cheese pine last summer, it was the best pineapple I've tasted so far. If you get any Natal Queen or Sugarloaf slips, I'd be interested in one or two of them. Perhaps I'll get slips this year from ones which are right now flowering: Red spanish, MD2, Champakka, One which might be pernambucco, I need to look at my map to verify which one it is, and a tiny ornamental one. The 'Royal Hawaiian' I think I have a slip of, it produces a white fleshed, very sweet pineapple. I have around 150 plants, most are smooth cayennes.
