1) The corms are still good.

2) Stand the plants back up if not broken and/or cut the pstem off at the point it broke saving save much of the pstem as possible. The plants will regrow much faster than starting over.

3) This could be an opportunity to divide the large corms and replant new groups.

Banana plants will take a beating and live. The plant itself (corm) is under ground; the above ground pstem is just a limb.


That is, Unless you just want to put in a different verity
