They look to have some corm. Some more than others. What I normally do is cut them right about at the color change where the ground surface was. Then root them in sand or a very fast draining medium. Water once and put them in shade.
They can grow from such a tiny piece of corm. It can be difficult. And you need to cut the leaves. They can't support the leaves with no corm!
If they were my basjoos I would just cut them at the "old soil line" and plant them very shallow in each a pot with pure native sand. Sit them in full shade. Basjoo would normally live.
It just depends how bad you want to save them. I throw NO corm in my compost ever, but I still have pups coming up all the time! Unless my kids are playing tricks on me it doesn't take much corm at all! And roots help but are not needed! Pure sand will regrow roots fast!
