If you see any dwarf ornamental bananas that have plump fruit then it is probably full of seeds.
As far as edible bananas having seed, your not that likely to find any seeded bananas in the market, but you never know, so you might want to ask.
If you do find some seeds, be sure to clean them of all the pulp. I'm not sure if it is illeagle or not in the UK, but your restrictions are most likely more lax than here in the US.
There is another seed you might want to try to bring back. The coco de mers, or double coconut which is a really awesome seed, the largest in the plant kingdom, grows from their native palm tree.
