Default Re: Musa Itinerans var. Gigantea

Wow I was so stubborn when I posted about this.. trying again from seedman.com.. and Richard I actually ordered a Saba a week ago and am so excited. It seems like it's the 3rd largest banana plant according to my research

Right now the seeds are in vermiculite this time.. sitting in the shade outside. I used a file to scarrify them. If they sprout and aren't xishuanbannaensis I'm going to be pissed.. I'll be able to tell from the red petiole sap and red/brown pseudo. Been hunting for this bad boy forever. Lol
