Default Tips for propagating pup with no roots?

Just got my hands on a pup from Thailand, and obviously due to the shipping requirements, all the roots and leaves have been cut off.

My question is however, what's the best conditions needed to get it to root once its planted? I do have a grow box with a microclimate set to 32°C, so would that be the best place to leave it? Or would it do fine just being in a warm room?

Check out my gallery, for some pics of the pup before planting, uploading as we speak.
