Default Basjoo leaves browning, spine of leaves going black?

Hi all, I'm pretty new to Banana plants!

I was hoping that with your knowledge you could pinpoint what's going on with my Musa Basjoo.

It has been kept inside over winter and had slowly grown new leaves, I planted it outside approx 3 weeks ago.
The browning started on the old leaves first which I'm guessing was down to shock? The top leaf only developed last week and has already gone brown/black (as picture) so I was wondering if there is more going on...

Planted in a mix of average soil with compost, horticultural grit, and a little dried farm manure. I've fed it with liquid 24-8-16 a week after planting. The spot is a little windy with full sun.

I live in a uk H3 (usa 6b) zone and it has been unusually warm this time of the year (20c, 71f). It has only been cold at night the last two days with a min of 5c, 41f.

I had trouble with the image gallery so i used Imgur, hope thats ok!
