It can be confusing! Now I currently am using 2 different kinds of fertilizer. They are called J-R Peters 20-20-20 and Biobiz Bio Grow. They seem to do really well! However, I did feed plants really hard this year! Maybe that’s why! What are some of the best fertilizers to use? Specifically what number to look for? Did I pick good ones? Thanks in advance!

I think you are doing just fine with the 20-20-20. I use 10-10-10. Just make sure the fertilizer contains the micro elements needed for garden/plants. Then supplement potassium or nitrogen as needed for each plant. .... Specialty Fertilizers tend to be at a premium price and usually not economical for the small scale farmer or garden user.
