I used to be a general contractor, so if you need any suggestions or want to bounce some ideas off of me, lemme know.

Edit: And just being a smart ass here, my last job was in the Hamptons. I was sandwiched in between Senator Roth on one side, and two doors down was Blake Edwards/Julie Andrews on the other. If you give me days of sun vs. rain, and what you are wanting to accomplish, I can give you a pretty good idea.
