The variegation is more noticeable on the p-stem, when the plants are small. My photo gallery page 6 and 7 is a Ae Ae no variegation on the p-stem, now if you look at page one in my gallery i was sent a Ae Ae which is Florida. I didn't know this my myself until 2 of my friends who grow both plants, pointed this out.
It would be interesting if someone with both plants who has fruited them both, could show pictures of both plants side by side when small to, disprove this.
