Thanks. Based on this, I will soak my musa and ensete seeds in 0.1 % KNO3 solution before planting in coir.

Vermicompost and soil are too variable to be reliably replicated in an experiment. It's no wonder that the results of published experiments in the life sciences are often impossible to duplicate. In comparison, the results of experiments in mathematical sciences, such as physics, chemistry and electrical engineering, are easy to duplicate.
