Indoor growing has its challenges when it comes to tropical plants.
The amount and intensity of light probably are not enough for your plant.
Your plant requires at least 15 hours of quality light to thrive and anything less you will experience poor growth and health.
Keep your lights on longer and move the light source closer to the plant if possible to increase intensity.
LED and fluorescents can be as close as 4 inches if there is minimal heat output from the fixture.
