Default Dwarf Cavendish Brown Spots

I planted a dwarf cavendish banana tree 4 weeks ago. When I first got the tree, it looked fine. But over the past 4 weeks, we got 8 to 10 inches of rain. We normally don't get that much, but it's been unusually rainy. I'm in zone 10a. Now I'm seeing brown spots on 2 of the leaves and the new leaf sprouting from the middle has brown edges. Is the browning from too much rain or something else? I'm new to growing banana trees so I'm trying to figure out why this is happening.
