You didn't say how long you had it in the pot...

But the first thing the plant is going to want to do is grow some new roots. While it's doing that, it's not worried about making new leaves. So the older leaves could easily die. No problem.

I think at this point your plant wants some, not too much, light, a good amount of heat, water and humidity.
