Sorry for the delay in replying Taylor - puter probs! Thanks for the compliments - I got my first plants in about March 2006 but in Feb 2007 weedkiller drifted over from a nearby lot and killed them all. So I started again with an apple from Jarred (thank you again) and an unknown that I found floating in the lagoon, and my oldest plants are 18 months old. Now I have had fruit off the tall orinoco, dwarf orinoco, tall red and dwarf cavendish, and am expecting great things from the ice cream and manzano. My ladyfinger and 1000 fingers are coming along well and I have 3 mystery nanas making 11 varieties. But don't forget that they grow easily here - it is a banana republic after all!! lol
